Returns are allowed on Pre-made items ONLY, and are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Personalized and/or customized goods are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the product arrives defective.

Complete the Return Request Form HERE.

You will be asked to provide the following information:

  1. Order Number
  2. A description of the issue.
  3. Photo evidence (if available)

A response will be issued within 48 hours.

If the return is accepted, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be included in the package.

  • The majority of the items we sell are of a personalized nature.  Because of this, we are unable to accept returns for those items.
  • Gift Cards
  • Sale Items

We are happy to accept pre-made items with 14 days of receipt.

No.  Any item not in its original condition or shows physical damage or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for return.

Please be sure to document the delivery with photos to prove damage during transit.

 

Unfortunately, personalized items cannot be returned

The customer is responsible for the cost of the return.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.

If you are interested in swapping out an item, you must return it and complete a new purchase.

You will be asked to provide the following information:

A response will be issued within 48 hours.

If the return is accepted, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be included in the package. 

It’s totally up to you when to purchase your new item.  It is not required that you wait until the return has been processed.  

Items that have been approved for return can be purchased again.

Unfortunately, personalized items are not eligible for return.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued once returns have been inspected. An email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5-7 business days to be deposited into your account.

Has it been 5-7 business days?

If no, please wait the allotted time prior to contacting customer service.

If yes, contact your bank.  There may be a pending transaction.  If there isn’t a pending transaction, please email giftit@aprettyaddiction.com with your inquiry.
